The expertise, several decades' professional experience and large number of our translators as well as our internal quality assurance system guarantee that each translation is made to a high standard, with linguistic accuracy while preserving the original format of the document or documents.

Our project leader selects the most suitable translator and proofreader from our team for carrying out the given translation, taking the following into account:
• the source and target language
• the translator's professional background, knowledge, and experience
• the required deadline (subject to the length of the text)

The tasks of a particular translation will be always completed by team members who are experts in the given field. Our staff of translators comprises members with knowledge in a wide variety of fields, which enables our agency to make fast and high-quality translations in any given subject area. 90% of our orders concern various combinations of world languages and European languages. We can perform translation orders in any pairing of languages, and have a great deal of experience doing so since we regularly receive orders from foreign companies in sets of languages that do not include Hungarian.

Process of placing the order

We receive orders placed with the KFI Fordítóiroda at our central office in Budapest. Our customers can contact our agency personally or can send us their orders by e-mail. We welcome jobs where order form is completed and sent to us, but we are also happy to accept orders sent by email without the form. These are governed by our general terms and conditions. Any further consultations can be carried out personally, by e-mail or over the phone.

Certified translation

We can make certified legal translations of the following documents necessary for the registration procedure of company changes:
• deeds of foundation
• articles of association
• minutes of meetings of members
• specimens of signature
• extracts from the trade register of companies
• certificates of incorporation
• pages of titles in the Land Register
• vehicle licences
• certificates of criminal background checks

We are entitled to make certified translations by the statutory provision set out below: "Decree No. 24/1986 (VI.26.) MT of the Council of Ministers on Professional Translation and Interpreting: 6/A. § "Persons with professional translator or professional translator/proof reader qualifications are also entitled to make certified translation of extracts from the trade register of companies, and make certified translation of data and company details to be recorded in the trade register of companies into any official language of the European Union as selected by the company."
